FORBES MAGAZINE: TOP 10 WORLD'S MOST EXPENSIVE HOMES>>>

The US magazine Forbes published the TOP of the most expensive residential real estate ready for sale.
1 - The Manor - $150 million
Located in Beverly Hills, Calif.
It is a three-storeyed house of the French Chateau style built in 1991. The house named, Manor belonged to late producer, Aaron Spelling and has been listed for sale by his wife Candy Spelling.
This 4.7-acre estate has numerous entertaining salons that feature Palladian windows and views of the property's gardens and landscape. With a fountain in the center of the circular driveway, there's a grand staircase that greets guests who enter the foyer.
The mansion is situated in the posh place Holmy Hills. There is a cinema hall, bowling, gym, cellar, library, china teahouse and beauty shop there.

2 - Fleur De Lys - $125 million
Located in Beverly Hills, Calif.
This Beverly Hills estate is modeled after Louis XIV's palace at Versailles. The 45,000-square-foot home took five years to build. With a 50-seat screening room and a library, there's a nine-car garage to complete the home's luxurious amenities.
The house is the property of Texas billionaire David Saperstein.

Located in Windlesham, Surrey
The house is situated in the British county of Surrey and is said to be larger than both Buckingham or Hampton Court palace.
This 103-room home has 58 acres of gardens and woodlands along with several ballrooms, a panic room, an indoor squash court, bowling alley, 50-seat cinema, helipads, space for eight limousines and a heated marble driveway.
4 - Albemarle House - $100 million
Located in Charlottesville, Va.
Situated on 300 acres, and neighboring Monticello and Ash Lawn-Highland, the eight-bedroom Georgian home was designed by architect/designer David Easton.
5 - Tranquility - $100 million
Located in Lake Tahoe, Nev.

Situated along the Lake Tahoe, this 210-acre property, Tranquility, is owned by Joel Horowitz, the co-founder of Tommy Hilfiger, who built the property from scratch.
The main house has 20,000 square feet of living space, is modeled after a northern European mountain home and has a 3,500-bottle wine cellar.
An indoor swimming pool and atrium, as well as a 19-seat movie theater, ensure constant entertainment, even if snowed in.
6- Villa La Palladiana - $76 million
Located in Cap d'Ail, France
This south-facing property offers numerous terraces and balconies upon which to look out over Cap Ferrat. Each of the home's nine suites includes a bathroom. Buyers of the villa will find a tiered garden, outdoor pool and indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center.
7 - New York, N.Y. - $75 million
This 45-foot-wide neo-Italian Renaissance mansion commissioned in 1922, was designed by C.P.H. Gilbert.
The five-floor, 21,000 square-foot property features a limestone façade and a garden, along with a large entrance foyer which leads to a reception hall and large-scaled rooms.
8 - Hummingbird Ranch - $75 million
Located in Simi Valley, Calif.
This 123-acre equestrian estate built in 2004 is a 17,000-square-foot Revival-style mansion designed by Richard Robertson. The property includes six guest houses, 10 staff houses, equestrian facilities and a helipad.
It is listed with Drew Mandile of Sotheby's International Realty--Beverly Hills Brokerage.
9 - Cielo de Bonaire - $74 million
Mallorca, Spain
This property rests on a hillside between Alcúdia and Pollensa that offers panoramic views on all sides. The home includes eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a guest house, private elevator, a helipad and a tennis court.
It is listed with Mallorca Sotheby's Realty.
